Our female-specific programs focus on catering to all rider needs within a social and supportive environment. Given that female riders often have different strengths to males, we utilise those strengths to help each rider maximise bike control and tackle various obstacles on the trail.
This 4-session series will incorporate the core skills needed to handle a bike well on any trail, with a gradual build up of skills applied across the series. Novice, Intermediate and Advanced groups catered for.
