This program is for advanced young gravity riders who are keen to get out on a variety of advanced trails and features to improve their riding in the high speed and performance context. This won’t be merely a group ride where we muck around. During these junior sessions riders will be challenged with focused coaching, rapidly improving over the program.
Our weekly term-long programs focus on teaching young riders how to ride properly - safely and smoothly with full control - while having fun and making friends. Building skills, confidence and enjoyment on the trails will be top priorities.
The best female coaches around, using the most proven methods
Our female-specific programs focus on catering to all rider needs within a social and supportive environment. Given that female riders often have different strengths to males, we utilise those strengths to help each rider maximise bike control and tackle various obstacles on the trail. This program will incorporate the core skills needed to handle a bike well on any trail, with a gradual build up of skills applied across the series. Novice, Intermediate and Advanced groups catered for in separate groups.
