Three 90 minute sessions should take you pretty far if you want to step up your game. Apart from saving money this is usually the minimum amount of sessions required to get most riders really feeling noticeable improvements. The aim is to ride safer, faster and more efficiently.
Keep in mind that it’s not only the face-to-face time that you’re paying for. In between each session you’ll get a tailored program to take away and work on your skills in your own time. This is where the gains will really happen. Skills programs are based on your goals, feedback, our assessments, and your ongoing progress. And all sessions include ongoing support and advice.
